Everyone loves to eat cake. But can you make a cake? Making a cake is easy!
Most cakes have sugar, flour, eggs, and butter. You must measure all of your ingredients to make sure you have enough.
You need to mix the butter and sugar together. You can use a mixer. A mixer makes it easy to mix the ingredients.
Don't have a mixer? That's fine too! You can mix it by hand in a big bowl.
Then, you need to add the eggs. Then, you need to add the flour.
Now it's time to add some flavour. Are you making a chocolate cake? Add some chocolate.
Are you making a peanut cake? Add some peanuts.
Are you making a strawberry cake? Add some strawberries.
You need to put your cake in the oven. The cake needs to bake. When the cake is ready, you can take it out of the oven.
When it is out, put it on a rack. The cake needs to cool down before the next step.
Now we can make the cake look pretty. To do this, we decorate the cake. You can put icing on the cake. You can put words on the cake. You can put candles on the cake.
Now it is time for the best part. It's time to eat the cake! A cake is best when it is shared with friends.
How is it? Would you change anything? Congratulations, you just baked a cake!
