What does it mean to be healthy? Healthy means our body is not sick. It means our body is strong. How can we be healthy?
We need to eat foods that are good for us. We need a healthy diet. We can eat vegetables. We can eat fruits. They make our bodies healthy. They make our bodies strong.
Healthy food has vitamins. We need them to be healthy. Different foods have different vitamins.
Do you like to exercise? It is fun to exercise. You can dance. You can run. You can jump.
Our bodies need to move to be healthy. It is not healthy to watch TV all day. It is not healthy to sit down all the time.
We need to see the doctor to be healthy. The doctor can give us shots. We get shots to be healthy. We get shots so we don't get sick.
What does unhealthy mean? Unhealthy means our body is sick. It means our bodies are not strong. We do not want to be unhealthy. It is hard to have fun when we are unhealthy.
We should not eat junk food. Junk food may taste good. Eating junk food is unhealthy. It is not good for our bodies. It does not make our bodies strong.
