Do you like to run? You could try jogging. You could jog at the park. You could jog with your friends. Jogging is a good way to stay healthy.
Do you live close to a gym? You could exercise at the gym. You could hang upside down. You could climb on walls. It is a fun place to exercise.
Have you tried yoga? Yoga is good for your body. There are many poses. You might bend forward. You might bend backward. You can get stronger by doing yoga.
Do you like to be outside? You can go on a hike. You could hike up a mountain. Maybe you will see some animals.
You don't have to go far to exercise. You can exercise at home too. You could dance to a song. You could play tag with your friends. You could ride your bike.
There are many ways to work out. You can find a way that you like. No matter what you do, make sure you rest. You can stop to drink some water. You can stop to catch your breath.
